Closing Software
Soft Close
Our standard system uses a soft close to bring the door to a smooth and quiet controlled stop when closing. Made of thick sturdy nylon and slam tested, this part has completed over 100,000 cycle tests.
Spring Close
A spring close uses a self-closing mechanism to automatically pull the door to a closed position. Combined with a self-latching lock, your system can close and lock automatically for added security and ease of use.
Sound Rating
Auto Door Bottom
An auto door bottom can be used to reach an STC 35 rating. This hardware is fully mortised within the bottom of the door and drops automatically when the door is closed to create a sound seal. Available for surface mount systems only.
Electronic Accesss
Electric Operator
An electric operator is a low-energy self-tensioning pulley and belt system used to open the door automatically through access control hardware. This hardware is fully programmable and offers optional locking. Electric operators can be easily retrofitted to existing systems. Wiring and peripherals by others.
